Every Lead will be contacted in 3 ways:

  • Call
  • Text (Automated)
  • Email

It is VERY important to remember that even if someone does not respond right away it does not mean they don’t want insurance. EVERY call, text, email will further enhance your relationship with the client.

On all Leads we should be going 20-25 contact attempts before we categorize them as a “Lost”

Voicemails:

Don’t be a robot an leave the exact same voicemail on someone’s phone 8 times. Be creative in your approach.

Tips:

  • Keep it simple 30 seconds or less
  • Use the recipients Name & your own
  • Discounting urgency (If you leave a message saying “Call me whenever” they will NEVER call
  • Leave your phone number
  • Leave 10 different voicemails
