NSF’s

This seems to happen lots no matter what. When you receive an NSF email from the insurance carrier call your client and ask them if you can re withdraw the premiums next week.

Reply to the NSF email stating when the client would the money withdrawn.

 Cancelations

These suck and do happen from time to time. If a client calls the carrier directly you will receive an email stating you have 5 days to save the business.

Call the client see what’s up. Also try an sell a smaller policy.
